42 ready-made project plans. Open any of them in the app, no signup and no upload, then rename, re-date and make it yours.

Every template

42 of them, from a wedding to a clinical trial. Each one opens as an ordinary chart with nothing withheld.

None of these is a sample. Each is a full chart with phases, tasks and dependencies, and it is yours the moment it opens.

How the templates work

Every template here is a complete project plan, not a sketch. The phases are grouped, each task has a realistic duration, and the dependencies are already linked, so when one task slips, everything that waits on it moves too.

Open one and it becomes an ordinary chart in your browser. Rename tasks, drag bars to new dates, add your own milestones or delete the phases you do not need. Nothing is locked, and you need no account to edit it or export it.

Each template has its own page that walks through the plan phase by phase, with tips and answers to common questions, so you can check the fit before you open it. You can also download the .gantt file and import it later on any device.

When the plan is ready, export it as PNG, JPG, SVG, PDF, Excel or Microsoft Project XML, or print it across several sheets as a wall poster. Sign in for free to sync it to the cloud, share a link and edit it with your team in real time.

Picking a starting point

Choose by the shape of the work, not only its subject. A product launch and a fundraising campaign both move through research, preparation, a launch window and follow-up, so either one adapts well to the other.

Look at the length too. A plan that runs for a year has a different rhythm from one that fits into a few weeks, and it is easier to compress a long template than to stretch a short one.

If nothing matches exactly, open the closest template anyway and cut what you do not need. Trimming a full plan is faster than building one from an empty chart, and the links that remain keep the schedule consistent as you change it.
